With over 20 years of development, we have established 99 subsidiaries and 640 branches in China. The group is headquartered in Changsha, with 4 productionsites in Changsha, Xiangyin, Nantong, Qidong covering more than 800,000 squaremeters. 4 R&D centers were set up in Changsha and Shenzhen with a team of 361 product owners and engineers dedicated to the development of health monitoring device, rehabilitation equipments, respiratory device, IVD and disposables. We have ISO13485, FDA 510(K), MDR CE, IVDR CE. In 2021, Cofoe went public in Shenzhen with stock symbol 301087. In November, acquired Jerry Medical as our subsidiary. In January 2025, Cofoe aquired Shanghai hzpsa, and Humana Medical(HK) in June at the same year.
On May 6, 2026, Cofoe successfully listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange with the stock code 01187.HK, achieving an A+H listing.
